Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to: Canada, USA, and the EU

Carriers and Timeframes

Orders are shipped via freight. Estimated delivery time to Canada and USA is 5-7 days from dispatch, plus 1-2 days for order processing. Estimated times are indicative and not a guaranteed delivery date unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Where a promotion states "free shipping," this applies to ALL ORDERS.

Order Origin and Customs

Orders are dispatched from Poland. For shipments to the EU, we ARE NOT registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS); the Customer may be responsible for import VAT and/or customs handling fees charged by the carrier on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can also check order status via TRACKING PAGE.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at lumatra.pl@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with §6 and §7 of the Terms of Service.
